Codes of conduct often run to 80 or 100 pages. When an employee faces a real dilemma, searching that document isn't realistic.
The problem isn't missing guidance. It's access at the moment of need.

A real code, organised
A full code of conduct split into 18 topics, linked to more than 500 keywords.
Safe answers only
Leo answers only from the matching policy and always points to HR or Legal when needed.
Short and calm
Brief messages and a friendly robot avatar make sensitive questions easier to ask.
