The challenge
Safety mistakes rarely happen because nurses don't know the rules. They happen when monitors are beeping, shifts are changing and information is incomplete.
The usual training lists the rules but never lets people practise applying them under that pressure.
The solution
Decide first, learn after
Learners face the situation first, make a call, and then get feedback and context.
Three critical moments
Patient identification, shift handover and medication, each with the distractions of a real shift.
Graphic-novel style
A comic-book look and light game progression keep it engaging without losing clarity.
The result
- A 25-minute SCORM course in three short lessons, with badges.
- Designed from the start for Spanish, English and French.
- A model that can be reused for any process training where decisions matter.
