Who it's for
Young customer support agents in high-volume call centres.
My role
Creative direction and Storyline development, leading a voice actor, an animator and a graphic designer.
Tools
The challenge
Support agents must listen to an upset customer, find the right policy and answer kindly, all while a timer runs.
Scripted role-plays and PDFs don't recreate that pressure, so new agents freeze on their first real call.
The solution
A ticking clock
Learners search a knowledge base for the answer while the timer keeps running, just like a real call.
A mood bar
Seven emotional states, from angry to delighted. Every reply moves the bar and changes the customer's voice.
Game-style look
Comic-book design, an animated intro and professional voice acting speak to a young audience.
The result
- Soft skills like empathy and calm can be practised and measured.
- The engine is reusable: swap the script, voice and policies to create new call types.
- Challenging enough to feel like a game, simple enough to never get in the way.
