Tools
The challenge
Order picking is where a warehouse wins or loses money. New staff know the steps but take weeks to do them fast and without mistakes.
Classroom onboarding can't recreate the clock, the routes and the safety checks of a real shift.
The solution
One skill at a time
First plan the route, then find and scan the right items, then deliver against the clock.
Scoring that rewards care
Reckless speed loses points. Precision and safe habits win.
Practice without risk
Mistakes happen in the game, not on the warehouse floor.
The result
- A bilingual web game that runs in the browser.
- Five-minute sessions that fit into a shift.
- New levels and rules can be added without rewriting the game.
